Noah our Buff Goose with his ducklings on a warm fall day.

Love our Buff goose (Harper) , we ordered 2 Buff goose but one was taken by a raccoon, we fixed that issue. When Metzer Farms gets some more baby buff goslings I surely will order 2 more. Harper is lonely, we have 3 Pekin ducks but they don't stay around Harper that much, we also have 2 Mexican ducks with a baby duckling, they fly in and out of our pond periodically.

If you hug a young Buff goose, you'll likely get a snuggle back. Just give them lots of attention when they're little.

Some people have lap dogs; at our house we have lap geese!

Our ducks seem happy to let the Buff geese be leaders of the pack. They all keep a watchful eye on the sky for eagles and hawks.

My “family” consists of 4 Border Collies. Honor is gently herding this goose to join the flock in another pasture.
