Meat from left over goose
4 Tablespoons of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
2 Tablespoons of water
1 Tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon of sugar
MIX ALL ABOVE IN A BOWL AND SET ASIDE
One 8 oz or 6 oz can of pineapple (or cut fresh slices)
One small finely chopped onion
One handful of slivered cut green beans
One teaspoon of finely shredded ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
IN A FRY PAN, BRAISE OR BROWN GOOSE MEAT, GINGER, PINEAPPLE, GREEN BEANS AND ONION. THEN ADD THE SET ASIDE MIX OF SOY SAUCE, WATER, VINEGAR, CORN STARCH AND SUGAR. STIR FRY TILL HOT AND SERVE.
