Program Description Metzer Farms offers mobile alerts to customers regarding their live poultry orders. These messages are intended to provide time-sensitive updates including, but not limited to: order confirmations, shipping date reminders, brooder readiness alerts, tracking information, and availability/substitution notifications for live bird orders.
Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on the status of your order and the proximity to your shipping date. Users can generally expect 3–5 messages per order cycle.
Authorized Participation By opting into the Metzer Farms SMS program, you certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.
Cost Metzer Farms does not charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to Opt-Out To stop receiving text messages from Metzer Farms, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. You will receive a single final confirmation text stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
